Expanding on the pattern
method lets step it up so you can play a little more aggressively.
The one thing to remember is that you can't just increase
the amount of your bets, just because you want to. The
pattern series we laid out for you in the patterns strategy
was based on $10 session money. If you double your series,
you have to go up at least 50 percent of the money you
bring to that machine.
Make sure you stay within the intelligent controls of
your bankroll. $10 per session is acceptable for basic
series but in the ones that are laid out here, you should
raise your session money accordingly. Here's an example
of upping your series:
- 2-2-2-3-3-3-2-2-2-3-3-3-2-2-2 You'll note that this
is a planned play of 36 coins, so bringing just a roll
of quarters is not suggested (40 coins).
It is best that you bring 60 coins for that size pattern.
You should also raise your pattern series only after you
have had a couple of winning series at the lower level.
In other words, start off at a slots machine using the
basic, low betting pattern. If you leave that machine
with a profit, then you can take a shot with higher bets.
Why would you suffer through three or four losing machines
and then suddenly go to a higher series, just because
you want to recoup your losses? Remember trends and wait
for one to develop in your favour. If you do make a profit
then you can try these next two series:
- 2-2-3-3-3-2-2-3-3-3-2-2
- 2-3-3-2-3-3-2-3-3-2-3-3
With series number 1, you're playing 30 coins and with
number 2 you're playing 32 coins. Both of these series
should have a minimum of 60 coins per session.
With three-reel slot machines, you are restricted somewhat
in the amount of series that yon can set up. But we definitely
don't suggest playing the same amount or max coins, play
after play.
Patterns are always geared to having minimum bets along
the way such as:
That's 21 coins and well within the use of a roll of
quarters. Remember, you can always increase your bets
when you get ahead.
