Java Information

If your Operating System is be equipped with the Java Platform you should have no problems playing the Free Java Slots Games. Due to a pending antitrust by Sun Microsystems against Microsoft Corporation, your Operating System may not be equipped with the Java Platform.

What happens if I don't have Java Platform installed?

Quite simply you will not be able to play any java games and will see a frame with a little red X in the top left hand corner.

So what should I do?

It is very easy to install the latest Java Platform click here to start it downloading. This will make a window like the one below appear on your screen. If you are using Vista or you find that the above download link does not install Java for you then visit the Java download page.

After Clicking on the Save button you will then see the following window where you need to choose where you want to save it, we recommend you save it to you Desktop.

At this point in time you will have an image like the one shown below on your browser, this just indicates that it is saving. Whilst this is happening it is recommended that you close down all browser windows (so make a note of www.slotsjam.com so you can come back and play one of the games when you finished). If you do not have a pen and paper handy you can add slotsjam to your favourites by pressing ctrl and D at the same time.

When it has finished saving the box will change to appear like the one shown below at this point you can select Run to install the Java Platform. If you do not get this box appear and the box above simply disappeara you need to go to your desktop and click on and run the icon named j2re-1_4_2_01-windows-i586-iftw.exe

The next thing you will see is the little box as shown below again you need to click Run.

This will be shortly followed by the Install wizard as shown below.

When you see the screen below you will need to select accept and then click Next.

Next you will have to choose your install type we suggest you just go for the typical install.

Then you will see the progress as it installs as shown below.

When the Install is complete you will see a window like the image shown below, just click finish.

You have now successfully installed the Java Platform so you can go to the Free Java Slots Games page and play any of the games you want without having to download anything else.
