Just thought of posting some info on slots rules. I got it in an article and thought of sharing it with you all. Just take a look.

You’re first step to play slots is to place your bet. Generally, you would bet one to five (some slot games accept up to ten) coins per play. The value of the coins you use depends on the machine. Typically each coin would be worth 5 cents, 25 cents, 50 cents, 1 dollar or 5 dollars. If you are a high roller it is also common to find machines where you can place higher bets. Therefore, if you were playing 3 coins on a 25-cent machine, your total bet would cost you 75 cents for one play.

Now that the bet has been made, you click the button that spins the wheel and wait for the outcome. What you win and how much you win depends on the position that the wheels stop. The pay table lists the type and amount of the payout for winning combinations. Pay tables differ for different games, so it is important to read and understand what your goal is before you play any particular machine. Some machines require players to match symbols diagonally to win or may require 5 matches instead of 3. All online slot games have a help button where you can find the answers to any queries or concerns that might arise during the playing of the game.

The progressive jackpot slot machine is a very popular online game. Jackpots on progressive games grow the more players’ play, until someone hits the winning combination. This lucky player gets the total of the pot at that particular time. Now the machine resets itself at a lower value and begins the process again. Typically you must be betting the maximum number of coins to win a progressive jackpot.

As is true with land based slot machines, online slot games payout percentages are determined by the casino operator. For example, the casino will set the machine and advertise that machine is set to payout at 97%. In other words, for every $100 played, on average, the machine will pay back $97. The remaining $3 is the casino’s personal profit.
