2. The casinos procedure for handling players money must be safe and secure.

3. Any Player disputes must be handled quickly and fairly. (If you have a complaint with any casino please let me know, this will help me track how well complaints are being handled and were required I will contact the casinos on your behalf).

4. The Casinos will be licenced in a lawful country.

5. The Casino will have a good reputation.

6. The Casino must ensure the players identity is safe and that the players privacy is protected by means of good procedures and encryption of data transfer.

7. They have a SSL connection for payments and taking of credit card details (https:// and the little padlock in the bottom right of your browser are two ways to check for this). This means players payment details are 100% safe and secure.

8. The casino will submit itself to regular independant audits or some kind. This may be to verify the integrity of the software and or the payouts.
