Riverbelle casino have now started offering Slots Tournaments (including Freerolls) to their casino players. The format looks to be exactly the same as the Royal Vegas Slots Tournaments and this is because they are linked . By linked I mean if you logged into a tournament at Royal Vegas and your friend who was playing at Riverbelle also logged in to the Riverbelle Tournament of the same name at the same time would you be in the same tournament. For the Sit and go Tournaments in particular (some thing which at the moment is unique to microgaming slots tournaments) this is great news as it means you will not have to wait as long to get enough players joined to start. In our opinion the Sit and Go Slots Tournaments offer great value for money and the as more and more microgaming casinos offer them the faster the sit and go's will fill up and the more fun they will be (because you wont have to wait as long to get enough players to get started).

The Tournaments available are only being played on the Tomb Raider and Thunderstruck slots games at the moment. I believe this is because the whole Slots Tournament set up is new for Microgaming and they are really beta testing at the moment.

I have been told that some people are having issues getting into the Tournaments at both Royal Vegas and Riverbelle, the error is 'No Tournaments Available' and the advice if you do get that message is to log out of the casino (close down the casino software) and then log back in to the casino and wait 5 minutes, you should then be able to access the Tournaments.

It should also be noted that if you are new to these casinos or games you must have the games installed before you can play in the tournament. For example to play in a Tomb Raider Tournament you must have the Tomb Raider game installed, depending on your connect speed this can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes.

Microgaming is world renound for its award winning and very reliable software so I firmly believe these issues that some people are claiming to have are just teething problems that Microgaming will fix.

On a side note I have not personally had any issues at all getting into the Tournaments at either casino.

Please post in this thread if you have any concerns, issues or questions about tournaments at Riverbelle and we will do what we can to help. Wink
