|
|
I will be updating this list, so that any Slots Jammers who live in the US and wish to know how they can deposit and withdraw funds from online casinos can get the latest information. In addition to the list here, there are some new payment solutions being released and as they are I will be adding details of them to this list.
Check my post on 26th March (6th post in this thread) for a list of tips.
Payment methods for New Players
EcoCard << I have been told by my contacts at The Fortune Lounge Group of Casinos that this is the best payment option for US Players at the moment and they are finding it easy to accept payments from US players using this method.
The EcoCard is ideal if you want to beable to deposit and withdraw funds from online casinos whilst staying as annonymos as possible. EcoCard do not ask for your credit card number or mailing address nor do they ask any spare questions as they put it, so everything is purely on a need to know basis. All the informatio they seem to need is your email address and a password and amazingly EcoCard allows you to keep funds in an amazing number of different currency's including:-
1. US Dollars
2. GBP (UK Pounds)
3. AUD (Austrailian Dollars)
4. CAD (Canadian Dollars)
5. Euros
6. CHF (Switzerland Francs)
7. DKK (Denmark Kroner)
8. ILS (Isreal New Shekels)
9. LVL (Latvia Lati)
10. SEK (Sweden Kronor)
The EcoCard is based in Luxembourg and it has cleared hundreds of thousands of transactions since 1998. As of 24th August 2007 EcoCard is starting to be phased out for US Players for use at online casinos, most are going to be using QuickTender instead.
Official Website - http://www.ecocard.com/
QuickTender In most casino cashiers you will see this referred to as UseMy Wallet. It should be the best payment option for US Players once EcoCard stops.
Official Website - http://www.quicktender.com/
Netspend Gives reloadable cards that we have been told by the guys over at SlotoCash they work well too. you can use your credit card to load money into these.
Official Website - https://www.netspend.com/
WWWcard - is a good prepaid that works well and can be funded by visa card and also at 7 eleven stores through out the US.
Official Website - https://www.www-card.com/
PaySpark
PaySpark is available by invitation only, offers an Internet Account for online deposits, as well as an ATM Account - designed to facilitate the payment of funds to Players. The PaySpark Internet Account is a real bank account, held at a real bank, rather than an electronic wallet, as are many of the alternatives PaySpark is only available in US dollars $$$ or UK Pounds £££ and can be used to either deposit or withdraw money from online casinos.
As you would expect from an Online Bank account PaySparks system is ultra secure and you are 100% assured that your money is safe as they have several different levels of security for you and your money. This includes encryption that encodes information so that is can't be read without decoding, Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") version 3.0 protocol, which ensures that unauthorized users cannot interrupt or intercept any communications. And no financial data will be transmitted over non-SSL connections.

I had personally never heard of the following 2 payment types until I looked in to a solution for this little problem so I have not added any real info about them (all the payment types above I have been aware of for years and have reviewed on other gaming portals I have run so I know all the ones above are up to scratch so to speak). But for completness I thought it only right that I also add the two options which are new to me
The ePassporte

eWallet Express

Credit Card - I have been informed that it is still possible to get payments in and out via credit card however more and more of them are now being declined.
Payment Methods for Existing Account Holders
CLICK2PAY Not Recommended (is not accepting NEW U.S. accounts, but previously existing accounts can still be used for gambling-related transactions.)
According to chuckcm there is a problem with withdrawing amounts of less than $1500 you can read chuckcm's post here.
Click2Pay allows you to deposit, withdraw and transfer fund on the internet quickly and easily. Click2Pay is a safe and secure payment method and is trusted worldwide and offers support in over 5 languages. You can use Click2Pay to credit your casino account with US Dollars, Euros or UK Pounds. You can deposit funds into your Click2Pay web wallet via a number of methods including Visa, Mastercard or Direct Debit / Bank Transfer. There is a 3% charge if you use your credit card to deposit funds into your web wallet so we suggest in the interest of conserving your funds you use one of the other methods. Click2Pay can be used to both deposit and withdraw from a wide range of online casinos and the transactions you between your Click2Pay account and online casino account should happen instantly making Click2Pay one of the fast methods of payment and withdrawl.

Watch this space for more, and if you live in the US and know of any available (and trustable) payment methods that are still available to US Players please do let me know by posting in this thread and I will update this top post to incorporarte that info too.
If you want more information about what is happening in the US please visit our Message to US Players which outlines which casinos still accept US Players and also links to pages giving info about US laws.

I have heard that credit cards are going through without any problems for all players (including US players from all states) at the following online casinos.
InterTops - The only Microgaming powered casino to accept US Players from all states.
SuperSlots and English Harbour - part of the same Vegas Technology family of casinos both offer regular large freerolls.
Hot Pepper Casino - annother Vegas Technology powered casino also offering regular (although smaller) freerolls.
Slots Village and Winward Casino - again both part of the same family of casinos anre powered by Parlay Entertainment software. Be sure to check out the $10 Free No Deposit offer we have arranged for you at Slots Village.
Slots Plus this is a Real Time Gaming Powered casino which as the name suggests is run with slots players in mind. |

| I jst got a mailer from Slots Plus saying if you use Use Money Order, Prepaid Phone Card or eWalletXpress you will receive 35% Bonus. So I think it is pretty fair to assume they believe those are the best payment methods for them right now. |

Hi have been sent the following information from the a contact of mine at the Belle Rock Group of casinos (Lucky Nugget, Riverbelle, Jackpotcity etc) who told me it is from their department that manages all player financial/risk transactions. So it is fairly safe to say that these tips will apply to most Microgaming powered casinos.
This is a list of suggestions that they say will assist players in making successful deposits, especially in the US market.
Their recommendations are:
- If you live in the USA only use VISA if you live in the USA
- If your VISA card rejects, try another VISA card, preferably from another bank
- Existing QuickTender and Click2Pay Members can use their wallets to Deposit and Withdraw
- Keep your first Deposit Amount under $100
- MasterCard will not be accepted in the USA
- Use the Web Wallets on offer in the Cashier area |
