Scatter Symbol: In this game the patient symbol is the scatter symbol, which means that if three or more patient symbols appear randomly anywhere in the five reel it makes a winning combination.

Bonus Symbol 1: In this game the sneak a peek symbol and the smooch symbol are the bonus symbols. If a sneak a peek symbol appears in the first reel in any position and any one of the Nadia, Michelle, Ruby, Nikki or Sam symbol appears in the fifth reel in the highlighted position, then it activates the sneak a peek bonus game.

Bonus Symbol 2: If three smooch symbols appear in the first three reel, it activates the selec a smooch bonus game.

Sneak a Peek-Doctor Doctor Bonus Game: Which of the 5 girls that appear on reel 5 (Nadia, Michelle, Ruby, Nikki or Sam) decides which girl you get to see take her clothes off in this bonus game (see below).

Once the bonus game is activated the player gets to select twelve squares from fifteen squares on a kind of scratch card. Each box contains a symbol in it, if the player is able to click three boxes with the same symbol the girl will remove that item of clothing and the player gets x15 multiplier value for each combination added to his multiplier for the game up to a maximum x60 multiplier.
