This islot was released on Friday 7th September 2007 making it the latest in the very popular range of islots. As with all islots in this game you progress through the bonus games in this case you get to play the 9 different holes of a crazy golf course. So each time a bonus game is activated instead of just playing the same bonus game (as the case would be with most bonus slots) you get to play the next hole at the crazy golf course.
The images in this game are all taken from golf and the sound effects make you feel like you are in the club house or on the course. Unlike the other islots this game does not have video clips between round which I felt was a shame, however I really liked the skill based bonus games and felt that made up for it.
Wild Symbol: The wild symbol is an Eagle which expands to fill the reel it is on. The wild Eagle symbol only appears on reels 2, 3 and 4 and does not substitute for scatter symbols. But they do pay out on all activated paylines and do substitute all other symbols allowing for some big wins.
Scatter Symbol:
The Bonus Birdie is the Scatter symbol and three or more of these will cause you to win and trigger the next bonus round of crazy golf. Bonus Birdie wins are multiplied by the total number of coins wagered.
Bonus Games: The bonus games are 9 different rounds of crazy golf, each hole is different. They are skill based and you win more for putting the ball in the least number of turns, winning the most for a hole in one. Hence the name of the game.
There is a score card which appear on the left hand side of the bonus games so you can see how well you did at the previous holes as well as how you are doing on the hole you are playing. I thought that was a nice touch.
As you can see from the image below or from the movie clip I made whilst playing this game I managed the first hole in 2 turns.
