The latest batch of slots games to be released by Vegas Technology where released first at English Harbour Casino on 11th February 2008 and then a week later at SuperSlots Casino and will very soon be available at other Vegas Technology powered casinos too. We have reviewed this in good time, and these new games are all very good. First up there is 20,000 Leauges clearly based on the famous science fiction novel with the same name, next there is Cupids Arrow which is an ideal slot to be shown on our Valentines Slots page. Magic Carpet has an Aladdins Lamp feel to it, but my favourite of all of these new games is Black Magic, in my opinion the look and feel of this game is one of the best we have seen from Vegas Technology and the features are great. Happy Valentines Day to you all. I will be taking Lara out for a meal this evening, and we will no doubt be drinking a little red wine.

Did you know that in Japan the culture is for the women to buy the men chocolates on Valentines day? In fact not only do the women in Japan buy chocolates for the 'love in their life' but also for male colleuges friends and their male boss!

Giri-choko is the name of the chocolate gift when given to male friends that the women in japan have no romantic interest in, whilst a chocolate gift for her true love is called Honmei-choko.

In preperation for Valentines Day, I have given the front page the usual face lift so that it now features 3 love / valentine related slots and have been very enviromentally friendly this year and recycled our Valentines Slots Jam logo from last year. (Which I have put below for anyone not reading this whilst it is still live).

Ok so maybe I wasnt recycling the image for enviromental purposes, but more because of time constraints, anyway I think it is a nice looking and very appropriate logo and hope you all agree. As well as this I have updated our Valentines & Love Slots page so that it now includes 20 love or valentines related slots games. As far as I am aware we are the only slots site to group slots into themed slots pages an idea I am sure other sites might copy, but remember you saw it hear first! But this has given me an idea and I will be adding many more theme slots pages over the coming weeks, having reviewed so many slots games we are in a great position to be able to group them and have a reasonable number on each page. This month Vegas Technology have released 3 New Slots games at English Harbour Casino, Cupid's Arrow (a Valentines Slots Game) and Black Magic which are both Bonus Slots and Magic Carpet Jackpot. The games will also be live at SuperSlots and Millionaire Casino by the end of the month. Ok so it was a little late and not on a Friday like normal but come on guys, I still have not missed a month yet. The January 2008 Slots Jam Newsletter should be in your mail box now. My 19th Slots Newsletter and one of my shorter ones at that, this month I missed two regular features, the New Online Slots section and the Slots Tournaments Section.

But if you read it or if you have been following my blog I think you will probably forgive me. After all the first month of the year has not yet passed and already we have 53 more slots reviews completing reviews on every Vegas Technology and Rival slots game, 4 new slots articles plus a funky new year theme.

Which reminded me I had better take down the Happy New Year logo soon, I will have to think of the next theme for the site, I guess Chinese New Year is pretty soon and then there is always valentines day so I had better give the Valentines slots page some TLC.

Plus voting is now open for our 2007 Slots Jam Slots Awards, so I am looking over peoples opinions and trying to be as fair a judge as possible to decide the winners, please keep your opinions coming into me.

Wow what a start to the year, I wonder what next month will bring, watch this space and thank you for reading.
