It was only a couple of months ago that Jackpot City Casino got a complete facelift. a Number of things change, they added in Slots Tournaments and the bonus changed from a 100% match bonus up to $100 to a 500 Free No Deposit Required bonus. This new bonus is quite interesting as it means there is no risk at all on the players side, however there is a catch albeit a small one. The player may only transfer a maximum of 200 free credits into their 'real credits' balance and a minimum of 20 credits and this must be done from a positive balance. Now a by positive balance what they mean is a balance over 500 so if you have 520 then you can transfer 20 but if you have 850 then you can transfer a maximum of 200 (even though your positive by 350). I hope that makes sense.

Ok next up there was the whole look and feel change, as I think I said at the time (see my april Jackpot City Make Over Blog post) I really liked the old look, but more than that I liked the logo too. Below you can see both the old and New logos, one is very vegas and the new logo is very slick and well modern I guess.

When all said and done Jackpot City does remain a great online casino and I can understand that their new look may allow them to be seen in a more 'serious' light by their potential players. The results are in and you can now view the winners of our Slots Awards 2007. Any of your who read my Slots Newsletter on 29th February will know all about the $150,000 Free to enter Slots Tournament at the International Slots Leauge which is run via Royal Vegas Casino. Whilst I post this blog post, some 3841 people will be receiving my February Slots Jam Newsletter in their email in boxes! That is a lot of people, and to think they all found my site and took the time to join my forum and opt into my slots newsletter. I want to say thank you all very much, I am humbled by the large numbers of people signing up and it does motivate me to do even more and to further improve the quality of our newsletters.

I always try to make my newsletters something that will be of interest to genuine slots players, so I usually have a section on showing the latest slots tournaments and another showing the latest slots games to be released with mini reviews, I also try to include any important industry news as well as the best casino offers (which are usually offers that I have negotiated as Exclusive Deals for slots jam visitors) and because I think life is better when you smile I always include a joke.

I really do not like spam, so we never ever share our visitors email addresses with any other party! Plus so that my readers don't get over loaded with slots related news, I limit the number of newsletters I send out to a maximum of 2 a month although normally only send one per month.

I really hope my readers do find my newsletters an interesting read, the only feed back I have had has all been positive, but if you are a reader and have any comments or suggestions (even negative ones) please do let me know. For non subscribers you can view past newsletters on our site here.

Ok so it was a little late and not on a Friday like normal but come on guys, I still have not missed a month yet. The January 2008 Slots Jam Newsletter should be in your mail box now. My 19th Slots Newsletter and one of my shorter ones at that, this month I missed two regular features, the New Online Slots section and the Slots Tournaments Section.

But if you read it or if you have been following my blog I think you will probably forgive me. After all the first month of the year has not yet passed and already we have 53 more slots reviews completing reviews on every Vegas Technology and Rival slots game, 4 new slots articles plus a funky new year theme.

Which reminded me I had better take down the Happy New Year logo soon, I will have to think of the next theme for the site, I guess Chinese New Year is pretty soon and then there is always valentines day so I had better give the Valentines slots page some TLC.

Plus voting is now open for our 2007 Slots Jam Slots Awards, so I am looking over peoples opinions and trying to be as fair a judge as possible to decide the winners, please keep your opinions coming into me.

Wow what a start to the year, I wonder what next month will bring, watch this space and thank you for reading.

The Biggest Free to Enter online slots tournament we have seen starts today. For the next month (up until 14th December 2007) All Jackpots will be running the $100,000 Freeroll Slots Tournament, full details are in our forum. All Jackpots Casino is the latest to recieve Slots Jam approved status, after a full review of the site and casino I am happy that it has met our criteria. The number of games offered by this casino is amazing I counted and right now they offer 329 casino games which include 213 slots games! The welcome bonus is pretty good too offering new players a 100% Match Bonus up to $200 and I liked the ClearPlay bonus system which allows you to easily see when you have wagered enough to have your bonus transfered to your cash account.
